Ayurveda at Home
A 6-week journey to bring the wisdom of Ayurveda into everyday life
Beginning 18 January 2027
What if you could understand your body more deeply, tune into what you really need, and have simple tools to help you feel more balanced, nourished and connected?
Ayurveda at Home is a small-group, supportive 6-week programme where we’ll explore the foundations of Ayurveda and, most importantly, learn how to put them into practice in your everyday life.
We’ll learn, experiment, cook, reflect and share - gradually building your own practical Ayurvedic toolkit along the way.
6 weeks | Live online | Maximum 6 people | £445*
*As this is the first cohort, I’m offering a special introductory price of £445. The programme includes all six live sessions, your personalised 1:1 Ayurvedic Nutrition & Lifestyle Consultation, integration exercises, recipes and resources.
Why Ayurveda?
I’ve been learning, practising and embodying Ayurvedic wisdom for the past six years and it has completely transformed my relationship with my body and the way I live.
I understand myself more deeply, I trust my body’s wisdom more, and food feels intuitive rather than something I need to control. I live more in tune with the seasons, and I’ve found practical tools that help me return to balance when life gets stressful or things feel out of sync.
I’ve become more connected to my body, to nature and to something bigger than myself.
And yet, I know Ayurveda can feel overwhelming at first. There’s a lot to learn and it can be difficult to know where to start or how to translate ancient wisdom into everyday life.
I want to help simplify it for you.
One of the things I love most about Ayurveda is that it recognises that we’re all different. There isn’t one perfect diet, routine or lifestyle that works for everyone. Ayurveda gives us a framework for understanding your unique constitution, your current state of balance, the seasons and your environment - helping you to understand what you need, rather than giving you another set of rules to follow.
During the programme, you’ll learn how to apply the principles and practices to you.
What to expect…
This isn't a transformation programme
While you undoubtedly will feel benefits throughout the programme, I don't want to promise you a completely different life in six weeks. Ayurveda works best when it's gradual. It's the small changes you make consistently, the awareness you develop, the connection you build with your body, and the practices you return to when you need them.
The aim of Ayurveda at Home is to give you the knowledge, tools and confidence to make those changes for yourself through:
-
We’ll spend time covering key themes like your unique constitution (dosha), diet & lifestyle for the doshas, the six tastes (rasa), digestion (agni), food combining (viruddha ahara), seasonal eating (ritucharya), herbs & spice mixes, sleep (nidra), daily rhythm (dinacharya) and traditional self-care practices.
The sessions will be a mix of presentation, discussion, reflection, and practical tasks - with some food preparation.
-
Every session will include simple integration practices to help you take what you’ve learnt into your everyday life.
I’ll invite you to experiment with different practices and notice how they feel for you. This might include quizzes/self-assessments, cooking and lifestyle experiments, food diaries, simple challenges or creating your own plans of action.
The idea is to learn, experiment, reflect and adjust - so you can discover what genuinely works for your body and your life.
You’ll also receive handouts, recipes and practical resources throughout the programme, giving you something to refer back to after the six weeks are over.
-
This gives us time to focus specifically on you - your needs, your experiences and what you've discovered during the programme.
We'll use this to help you create your own Personal Ayurvedic Framework: a handful of realistic priorities and practices that you can take forward beyond the six weeks.
-
You’ll be part of a small, supportive group of no more than 6 people, creating a welcoming space to ask questions and share ideas.
The intimate group size means there’ll be a wonderful opportunity to get to know each other, while also allowing space for individual support throughout the programme.
A dedicated WhatsApp group will be open between sessions for a little extra accountability as you begin putting Ayurveda into practice in your everyday life.
This programme is for you if you're:
Curious about Ayurveda but don't know where to begin
Tired of rigid approaches to food and wellbeing and want something more intuitive
Interested in understanding yourself more deeply and learning to listen to your body and the seasons
Looking for simple practical tools that support your digestion, energy, sleep and overall sense of wellbeing
Ready to make small, sustainable changes rather than completely overhaul your life.
